The Hotel Jerome is a restored, 1889 Victorian hotel located seven blocks from Aspen Mountain and the Silver Queen Gondola. Complimentary airport and local transportation is provided. Antiques account for more than 80 percent of the furnishings at this hotel, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This four-story hotel features a blue-tiled heated outdoor pool surrounded by heated tiles, which form a perch where swimmers can sit with their feet in the water, just a skip away from the warming hut where guests doff towels or bathrobes. Hotel Jerome offers two restaurants, two bars, and a summertime alfresco dining option, as well as a second-floor fitness room, accessible only with a room key. The fitness room offers a small collection of high-end cardiovascular exercise equipment, plus a TV, VCR, and video fitness library, and fresh fruit and water. Ski storage is offered, as are the services of a ski concierge, who takes guests on guided tours of the mountain's best trails.
Hotel Jerome offers 93 guest rooms with 19th century- style décor, high ceilings, scalloped wall trim, ornately patterned fabrics, and heavy antique furniture. Bathrooms include oversized tubs and bathrobes.

From Aspen-Pitkin County Airport:
Turn right out of the airport onto CO-82.
Follow CO-82 into Aspen, where it turns right and then left before becoming Main St.
Continue on Main St through the second traffic light to hotel on left. |
