Falcon Point Resort is situated at the foot of Beaver Creek ski area in the Vail Valley. This five-story building borders Nottingham Park and Lake, is one block from the Avon Recreation Center, and 10 minutes from the Vail Village. A large grocery store and several restaurants are within walking distance distance of the resort. <br> The clubhouse offers a heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, ski lockers, men's and women's changing rooms, exercise room, video game room, large-screen television, pool table and a coin-operated laundry. Sports items, videos and games are available for check-out at the front desk, and gas barbecue grills are available. The building has underground parking and elevators. <br><br> All Falcon Point units except studios feature a fully equipped kitchen, including oven/range, microwave ovens, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, linens, dishware silverware and cookware. All units have been newly renovated and feature cable television and dial-up Internet access. VCRs and DVD players can be checked out at the front desk. The two-bedroom units are 1200 square feet and the one-bedroom units exceed 700 square feet. Both have sleeper sofas in the living room. The studio units are approximately 350 square feet in size with a queen-size sleeper and a queen-size Murphy bed. Each studio has a mini-kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner range, a microwave oven and sink. All two-bedroom units have a fireplace and a deck.<br><br> This condominium resort is ideally located close to year-round activities and the excitement of Vail Village. Numerous on-site amenities and all the comforts of home make this an ideal spot for a romantic getaways or a family vacation.
